Hollymatic introduces the new Econoball 200 Meatball Former
Small- to medium-size food manufacturers can use the self-feeding Model R2200 to form and portion a variety of products.
But now a new attachment from Hollymatic can make the R2200 also ideal for manufacturing meatballs.
In a statement the company says the new Econoball 200 Meatball Former can make 1 oz to 3 oz balls from beef, poultry, lamb and/or vegetables.
The meatball system “includes a trolley and the Econoball 200 which is 115 vold, 60 Hz, 1 Phase with a wire belt take-away conveyor” when it’s attached to the R2200.
The new Econoball 200 “can form meatballs from many different products” and product mixtures with numerous textures and consistencies.
The company says one of the best features of the R2200 is that “it is very simple to set-up, operate and clean. Options include automatic wire cleaning, various sized hoppers, extended conveyors and, of course, the Econoball 200 Meatball Former.”
