Toronto – Ann Payne’s Caveman Foods Ltd. has added a new Lemon flavour to its line up of kefir waters.
Water kefir is a pre-historic method of using friendly yeasts and bacteria to turn sugar water into a low-calorie, high-enzyme, fresh and raw drink.
Water kefir is non-alcoholic, but has a taste something like a dry champagne.
The company says it has perfected a method of preserving the effervescence of this historic “soda pop.”

Lemon will be added to the existing flavour selection Vanilla and Original (or rose flavour). Seasonal flavours include Saffron, Black Pepper and Tarragon.
