GreenSpace Brands Ltd., formerly Life Choices Natural Food Corp., has launched a new premium line of grass-fed dairy products under the Rolling Meadow Dairy brand. The dairy cows producing the new milk are free-range, grass and green-fed, and are raised on small farms in Southern Ontario in a humane and sustainable environment, a factor, according to the company, that contributes to their superior milk. The grass-fed milk contains high levels of omega-3 and CLA fats, and a significant omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio.
